2ser JC   We learn as kids that sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me. The truth is that bullying when we're young, or at any change, can do real damage to our self-esteem. Chances are if you are gay or transgender then you've faced some kind of prejudice at one time or another and when it happens at a time when you're already confused about who you are or what you're feeling, the effects can be devastating, leading to self-harm, drug abuse or even suicide. John Caldwell rose above adversity and bullying to become a great success and he joined us in the studio to tell us about his work with anti-bullying charities.
