The apartment is fitted with reverse cycle heating and cooling in the living areas and central heating and cooling to service the upstairs bedrooms. There are also remote control blinds.

Guest access
We are no longer able to provide lockbox access due to new council rules. Our greeting service will get in touch after you book to arrange key handover.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and communal gym, heated pool, spa, and sauna.

Baby Essentials
The apartment is fully furnished however we do not provide certain baby essentials you may wish to be aware of. Those travelling with babies are recommended to bring their own change table, cot, and highchair if required as these are not amenities we provide.

One of the bedrooms is loft/mezzanine-style (meaning there is no bedroom door and is open plan) so may not be suitable for children without adult supervision. There are no gates provided to block the staircase on either end.

Parking

The apartment doesn’t come with a parking spot but there are a couple of undercover secure parking options nearby.

The property is professionally cleaned between each guest stay, ensuring that our high standards are passed on to you.

We ask that you respect our neighbours during your stay and be mindful of noise levels, especially at night.

IMPORTANT: Following the government’s increased restrictions on public facilities, food & beverage venues will now be open for takeaway and/or home delivery only and will no longer be accommodating dine-in guests. Onsite facilities, such as gyms, indoor pools and spas will also be closed during the period.
